CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation

* We require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.

* No shows or failure to inform Polish Nail & Beauty Spa 24-hour prior will result in a cancellation fee for 50% of the service appointment value.

* Although we sympathize with unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, traffic, flight delays, etc., we cannot be responsible for ANY last-minute cancellations, reschedule, or no shows.

* Exceptions to this policy are not permitted

Tardy

* We can accommodate if you arrive late but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full-service fee.

Appointments

* Polish Nail & Beauty Spa requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.

* We accept Cash, Venmo, Debit or Credit Cards.

* Gratuities are appreciated.
